FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the USA - additional charges may apply for orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders usually ship within 3 business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS (2-5 business days) from our Dallas, Texas facility.
Payment & Taxes
Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Some payment options may also be available for quick account access and checkout. Visitors can create an account or checkout as a "guest" so no account setup is needed. We charge sales tax for orders billed/shipped to Texas. Full payment is required before the order is processed.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply request a return from your GlossyGallery.com account for the item(s) you would like to send back and you will receive a return shipping label via email or link. Or contact us with the order number for a free return label. A return must be requested before the order is shipped back. Returned item(s) must be in the original box/packaging (with the plastic cover masking still attached for mirror returns). Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please allow up to 30 days to process returns.
